When Nancy began selling property in the area in 1983 – she likes to point out that there were no signals in either Temecula or Murrieta, the freeway was not completed, and the Temecula Promenade Mall was a dairy farm! She has sold homes in every tract in the area, estate homes and lots in every custom home community, and large parcels of land to wineries, farmers, developers, and investors.
